NICOLE SCHERZINGER HAVING DOUBTS OVER XFACTOR , CLASHES WITH NEW ALBUM

Nicole Scherzinger is ‘torn’ about whether of not to make a return to the X Factor judging panel.

While the singer was thought to be a ‘dead cert’ to make a comeback on the ITV talent show, it has now been revealed that Nicole has not yet officially decided either way.

A source close to the star told MailOnline that Nicole is hesitating because she has an incredibly busy few months ahead, including the release of her hotly-anticipated new album.

The source said: ‘Nicole just doesn’t know if she can do both. It really is all or nothing for Nicole – she wants to be able to give 100% to whatever she signs up for.

‘They’ve offered her a good deal but are still talking to her to work out if she can do both. She hasn’t said no yet because she loves the UK – she got an amazing reaction from the public and she has set up her home here in London.’

Nicole won herself millions of fans worldwide through her appearance on last year’s X Factor, with her enthusiasm and dedication leading to both of her acts, eventual winner James Arthur and runner-up Jahmene Douglas, making up the final two of the competition.

However, Nicole is aware that being on the show takes up a huge amount of time – the judges also spend time with their acts learning where they have come from and their stories so far as well as mentoring them for the live shows.

And as October also marks being the biggest month of the year for record sales, Nicole will have to decide where her priorities lie – as she is hoping to achieve the same success from her hit single Boomerang with the release of her as-yet-untitled album.

But Nicole will have to make a decision in the near future as the live auditions for the X Factor kick off imminently.

The source added: ‘The future’s uncertain – and Nicole is concerned that it’s huge commitment to take both on.

‘She’s torn between the two and has to choose between one or the other – she loves both and she’s in an impossible situation.’

In addition, if Nicole decides not to sign up for another series of The X Factor, the likelihood is that she won’t continue to live in London – as she will no longer need a base in the capital.

Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh are rumoured to be rejoining the show, but fellow judge Tulisa has reportedly been axed with former panellist Sharon Osbourne favourite to replace her.

UPDATE: Scherzinger however plans to release her new album worldwide in November, which will clash with the live stages of the singing competition

Jessica Sutta Continues Solo Journey With New Single 'Again'

Following her success as one of the Pussycat Dolls, Jessica Sutta has established a new identity for herself as a solo artist, one that sets her apart from both the history of her former group and other female pop singers. Just after the release of her new single "Again," BFTV caught up with Jessica to ask her about the new course of her career.

"Honestly, my whole life I just always loved being an entertainer," she said. "I promised myself at a young age that I was always going to wake up loving what I do - and I love every moment!"

While Jessica enjoyed the seven years she spent as one of the Pussycat Dolls, she's excited to turn over a new leaf as an individual artist. Her first official solo single, "Show Me," hit number one on the Billboard dance chart, and second single "Again," featuring Kemal Golden, arrived on March 26. She's currently at work on a full album, entitled Sutta Pop, which is on its way later this year.

First Look at Sullivan Stapleton and His Warriors in '300: Rise of an Empire'

The first teaser of "300: Rise of an Empire" comes in a form of two stills. One of them gives a first look at Sullivan Stapleton as Athenian admiral Themistokles. The other photo shows two groups of warriors facing off one another with shields, spears and swords in their hands.

Co-produced by Zack Snyder, the director of the first "300", this follow-up movie is set at the same time of its predecessor and "tied visually to the original" with the theme of "the few against the many" still intact. Director Noam Murro spilled, "There is a whole different choreography of fighting and war."

"While that battle was happening, the one that you saw in 300, there was another battle happening next to it and you will have a chance to see all of that happening and how they interact," added Rodrigo Santoro who would reprise his role as King Xerxes in the next installment.

The Greeks are clashing with the Persian troop led by a vengeful commander played by Eva Green. Xerxes' second-in-command, she marches her army to seek revenge for her family's death. "She's got sex appeal, she's ruthless and conniving. All the things that kill men," Murro said.

Avril Lavigne Releases New Single 'Here's to Never Growing Up'

Pop-rock star Avril Lavigne's new single "Here's to Never Growing Up" drops a day early from its slated April 9 release date and can now finally be heard by eagerly-awaiting fans. The new song is the first track to be released off her forthcoming, still-untitled new LP set to be released later this year under Epic Records.

Lavigne herself co-wrote the song with former Evanescence member David Hodges, Jacob Kasher, and her own fiance, Nickelback's frontman Chad Kroeger. It was then produced by Boys Like Girls' frontman Martin Johnson, who has produced tracks for Miley Cyrus, Good Charlotte and Taylor Swift. It serves as the lead track off the 28-year-old artist's fifth studio album, the follow-up to her 2011 recording "Goodbye Lullaby" which reached a high of No. 4 on Hot 200.

Fans of Lavigne's trademark sound won't be disappointed with it since it doesn't fly far from the singer's previous hits especially her 2002 breakout "Complicated". With lyrics like "Call up all of our friends / Go hard this weekend" and "I'm like yeah whatever, we're still living like that," there's no keeping the almost three decades-old artist from being young at heart.

The potential hit will be Lavigne's first with Epic Records. Head honcho/record producer L.A. Reid disclosed back in September that she had just finished the album, although no title and release date have been revealed thus far. The much-anticipated album will feature tracks produced by The Runners, Kroeger, Marilyn Manson, Hodges, and Alex Delicata.
